- 1. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt of order via email or phone call
- 2. Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then, it is up to the discretion of the Gemcolorz’s quality control team to decide whether product is approved for return.
3. Once we have received an e-mail notifying us of your concern with the product image and our quality control team has authorized the return we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
- 4. Gemcolorz will replace the items free of charge (if possible) or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
- 5. In case of returning the goods or refund we will deduct the general taxes and transportation charges. In the event of return of goods in any case, the customer must pay the transportation charges on both the sides.
- 6. In the case of refund, the payment process will be initiated inside 14 days of us receiving the goods.
- 7. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
Refunds Will Be Done In The Following Case:

- 2. Packages lost in transit.
- 3. In case Gemcolorz’s Quality control team discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
